Dr. Jan Bublik
Background
Dr. Jan Bublik has been in practice for more than 20 years and has experience with all
aspects of dentistry and oral medicine, with a particular emphasis on implant surgery and
oral rehabilitation. Every day, he uses his expertise and strong communication skills to
help patients understand their needs and choose the treatment options that are right for
them.
Before launching his career, Dr. Bublik earned both his Doctor of Dental Surgery and his
Doctor of Medicine from one of the Czech Republic’s oldest and most renowned
universities. From there, he received advanced training at the University of Rochester’s
School of Medicine and Dentistry.
While at the University of Rochester, Dr. Bublik received the Handelman Award for Excellence in Dentistry, and he served as a clinical instructor.
In addition to his years of experience and the many honors he’s received, Dr. Bublik is a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists—an honor very few dentists in Wisconsin have achieved—and he’s a member of the:

- American Academy of Facial Esthetics
- American Academy of Craniofacial Pain
- Czech Dental Chamber
- Flying Dentist Association
He also lectures on implantology both within the United States and Internationally.
Fun Facts
Outside of Dentistry, Dr. Bublik is a triathlete, an Ironman, and is active in his local Boy scout troop.
Dr. Jessica Mepham
Background
Dr. Jessica Mepham was born and raised in middle Tennessee. She earned her undergraduate education from Motlow State Community College and Lipscomb University where she received a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry. After graduating from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, Dr. Jessica completed a one-year dental residency with New York Lutheran Medical Center.
Dental Style
Dr. Mepham has a passion for dentistry and enjoys helping patients achieve beautiful smiles. Relieving patient’s toothaches and reducing anxiety are some of Dr. Mepham’s favorite parts of being a dentist.
Fun Facts
In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband, Jonathan, and their two young sons, Jacob and Joseph. Some of her hobbies include reading, outdoor walks, crochet, and drawing.
Dr. Jeremy Hoffman
Background
Dr. Hoffman graduated from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale with a B.S. in Chemistry in December 1999, and from Marquette University School of Dentistry in May 2004. He has been practicing with Dental Visions since 2015. The family atmosphere and the commitment to excellence for each patient have impressed Dr. Hoffman since day one.
Dental Style
Dr. Hoffman makes it a goal to continuously improve his care for the benefit of all his patients and attends many continuing education courses throughout the year on a variety of dental topics. He is actively involved in organized dentistry, and currently, serves as President of the Central Wisconsin Dental Society.
Fun Facts
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Hoffman is an avid runner and has completed five full marathons. He loves learning about history, reading science fiction, and all the adventures his four children bring!
